Select YouTube & Instagram Accounts
On the Create Post page, click your connected YouTube and Instagram accounts.
Choose Post Type
- For YouTube: Select "Shorts" (
#Shortsmode with vertical aspect ratio). - For Instagram: Select "Reel" (
9:16vertical video mode).
Upload 9:16 Vertical Video
Upload your vertical MP4 or MOV video (up to 60 seconds for YouTube Shorts, up to 90 seconds for Instagram Reels).

Click the AI Assistant button:

Auto Video Frame Capture / Thumbnail
Under YouTube Studio Options, click Capture Frame from Video (automatically captures an HD frame at 2.0s) or generate an AI Viral Thumbnail.
Publish or Multi-Schedule
Click Publish Now to go live across both channels simultaneously, or schedule for your audience's peak active hours.
